In order to switch plans, you will first have to unsubscribe from your current subscription and then you'll be able to re-subscribe to a new plan

For users who subscribed on web, please email help@simplehabit.com with your information.

For users who subscribed in Google Play please select the “Unsubscribe” button available in the Settings of the app. They can also follow the below steps:

  • Open the Google Play Store.
  • Double-check that you're in the correct Google Account.
  • Tap Menu and then “Subscriptions.”
  • Select “Simple Habit.”
  • Tap “Cancel Subscription.”

Once done, you can select a different subscription plan in the app or through simplehabit.com/subscribe.

For users who subscribed in Apple's App Store, please follow these steps below:

  • Go to the Settings app on your iPhone, then scroll down and click the “iTunes & App Store” option.
  • Click on your Apple ID (email) at the top of the screen and sign in to the iTunes store.
  • Click “Subscriptions”. Here you can see your Simple Habit membership and cancel the subscription. Once done, you can select a different subscription plan in the app or through simplehabit.com/subscribe
