Apologies for the inconvenience! Here are the steps to obtain a refund:
- Users who subscribed through Google Play can request a refund by going here. Select the type of purchase as "Subscription." Make sure you're signed into the account associated with your purchase! You should hear back soon.
- Users who subscribed through the App Store will need to email Apple by going to https://getsupport.apple.com/. Just click "iPhone" -> "Subscriptions & Purchases" -> "iTunes Store account billing". Please make sure to follow these steps to reach an Apple representative and not an auto-responder! You can also call them using the following numbers: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201232. We do kindly ask that you reach out to Apple as iTunes has a separate system for billing and payment information that we don't have access to!
- For users who subscribed through our web app, please email us at help@simplehabit.com using the email address you signed up with.
