How can I unsubscribe and cancel auto-renewal?

For users who subscribe on Google Play, there is an Unsubscribe option available in the Settings of the app. They can also follow the below steps:

  • Open the Google Play Store.
  • Double-check that you're in the correct Google Account.
  • Tap Menu and then “Subscriptions.”
  • Select “Simple Habit.”
  • Tap “Cancel Subscription.”

For users who subscribed through our web app, please email help@simplehabit.com with the email address you used to create your account and we'll be happy to assist you.

For users who subscribed from Apple App Store, please follow these steps below:

  • Go to the Settings app on your iPhone, then scroll down and click the “iTunes & App Store” option.
  • Click on your Apple ID (email) at the top of the screen and sign in to the iTunes store.
  • Click “Subscriptions”. Here you can see your Simple Habit membership and cancel the subscription.
