I was charged without my knowledge. How do I get a refund?

Apologies for this inconvenience! Here are the steps to obtain a refund:

  1. For users who subscribed through our web app, please email us at help@simplehabit.com.
  2. Android users can request a refund by going here. Select the type of purchase as "Subscription." Make sure you're signed into the account associated with your purchase! You should hear back soon.
  3. iPhone users can email Apple by going to https://getsupport.apple.com/. Just click "iPhone" -> "App Store, iTunes Store & Music" -> "iTunes Store account billing". They will give you the refund if you email!
