I accidentally purchased a subscription. How do I get a refund?

Apologies for the inconvenience! Here are the steps to obtain a refund:

  1. Users who subscribed through Google Play can request a refund by going here. Select the type of purchase as "Subscription." Make sure you're signed into the account associated with your purchase! You should hear back soon.
  2. Users who subscribed through the App Store will need to email Apple by going to https://getsupport.apple.com/. Just click "iPhone" -> "Subscriptions & Purchases" -> "iTunes Store account billing". Please make sure to follow these steps to reach an Apple representative and not an auto-responder! You can also call them using the following numbers: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201232. We do kindly ask that you reach out to Apple as iTunes has a separate system for billing and payment information
  3. For users who subscribed through our web app, please email us at help@simplehabit.com using the email address you signed up with.
